1. What LaunchpadMC is

LaunchpadMC is a marketplace and community for people who run game servers. Members list things for sale and buy from each other. Unless a listing says otherwise, we are not the seller: the seller named on the listing is, and your contract for the item or the work is with them. We provide the site, review listings, process our fees and help when something goes wrong.

2. Accounts

Your account is your Discord account, and you need to be a member of our Discord server to sign in. You are responsible for what is done through your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

3. Fees

Buyers pay the listed price plus a 3% marketplace fee, shown at checkout. Sellers pay a 7% seller fee on the listed price of each sale, taken automatically when the payment is made. Card processing fees charged by Stripe are the seller's. There are no listing or monthly fees, and free products carry no fees.

4. Payments

Payments are made by card through Stripe, on the seller's own connected Stripe account. The seller is the merchant named on your receipt and is responsible for their taxes, refunds and chargebacks. We never hold sale proceeds. Never pay outside the site for something listed on it: if you do, we cannot help you.

5. Premades (products sold many times)

Buying a premade gives you a licence to use it on servers and projects you own or operate. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files; each download is marked with your order and Discord account so leaked copies can be traced, and leaking ends the licence. Purchases stay in your library and include later versions. Because files are delivered immediately, premade purchases are non-refundable once downloaded; if a product does not work as described, open a ticket on Discord and we will work with the seller to get it fixed or refunded.

6. Services

A service order is an agreement between the buyer and the seller on the price, scope, delivery time and revisions shown in the accepted package or offer. Payment is made when the offer is accepted. Keep all communication, files and deliveries in the order workspace - it is the record we rely on. The buyer completes the order by accepting the delivery, or asks for a revision. Either side may open a dispute while an order is in progress or delivered; staff will read the workspace and decide whether the order is completed or cancelled, and a seller who is told to refund must do so through Stripe. Unless the offer says otherwise, the buyer owns the delivered work once it is paid for and accepted.

7. Marketplace (one-time sales)

One-time listings are for a single asset sold to a single buyer, such as a server and its files, a domain, or exclusive source code. Sellers must own what they sell, describe it accurately and be able to prove ownership; buyers should ask for that proof before paying. The seller hands the asset over inside the order workspace and the buyer confirms receipt to complete the sale. Do not list anything whose transfer breaks another platform's rules - for example game accounts or social media accounts.

8. Selling rules

Every listing, and every new file, is reviewed by staff before it goes live, and we may refuse, unlist or remove any listing or seller at our discretion. Not allowed: malware, backdoors or code that hides what it does; licence systems that phone home without saying so; leaked, pirated or stolen work; anything that breaks the terms of the game or platform it is for; misleading listings; and fake reviews or sales. Work made with AI is welcome, but you must label honestly how much AI was used - a false label is grounds for removal. Buyers keep access to what they bought, so a product that has sold can be unlisted but its file stays available to its buyers.

9. Forums, reviews and conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, NSFW content, doxxing or scams. Reviews must come from real purchases and reflect your own experience. What you post is public and shown with your Discord name and avatar; you keep ownership of it and give us permission to display it. Staff may edit, lock or remove content and may ban members who break the rules.

10. Liability

The site is provided as is. Listings are made by members, and while we review them we do not guarantee any product, service, asset or seller. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a transaction is limited to the fees we received for it, and we are not liable for lost revenue, players, data or other indirect losses.
