What we collect

Your account is your Discord account. When you sign in we read your Discord id, display name, avatar and whether you are a member of our server. We store what you create here: listings, orders, order workspace messages and files, forum posts, reviews and reports. When you open a support ticket on Discord we see what you send us. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).

How we use it

To run the marketplace: show your listings and posts, connect buyers and sellers, deliver purchases, resolve disputes, and keep the site secure. Staff can read order workspaces when a dispute or report needs it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes traffic to protect against abuse. Conversations on Discord are held by Discord. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe for premade products); we never see or store your card details. Premade accounts are Discord accounts: when you sign in we read your Discord id, display name, avatar and whether you are a member of our server - never your password, email or messages - and keep a sign-in cookie for up to 30 days. For a premade purchase we keep the order id, your Discord id, the email you gave at checkout and a count of downloads, so the purchase stays in your library and we can support it. Forum posts, reviews, your profile text and the products you list are public, shown with your Discord display name and avatar. Sellers connect their own Stripe account; Stripe, not us, collects their identity and payout details. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie that is strictly necessary to filter malicious traffic.

Retention

Ticket transcripts that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Access logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by opening a ticket on our Discord.
